1.) Rules for entering the competition

A total of 17 track and field disciplines are to be filled with athletes in the following 4 categories:

Athlete Selection:

1 female and 1 male athlete must be nominated in each discipline. There are 20 female and 20 male athletes to choose from in each discipline.

The athletes were weighted per discipline according to the points achieved at the World Athletics meetings - categories OW, GW, GL, A, B, C, D and E in the years 2022 and 2023. By considering 2 years at a time, it should be possible to select athletes who have not been able to start for a long time due to injury or pregnancy. The weighting according to the points achieved is intended to prevent athletes with unique or questionable performances from being at the top of the discipline ranking lists far away from any international meeting.

You have to research for yourself whether all the athletes are still active or have been subsequently banned for doping.

In order to participate in the competition, we ask that you send us the lists of athletes in good time. You can find the form under the menu item "Registration" and the link "Athlete registration". A list of athletes is deemed to have been sent in good time if we receive it no later than 2 hours before the start of a meeting (local time).

Budget:

In order to create a comparable starting point for all game participants, there is a fixed financial budget. The total budget available is €340,000,000 (17 disciplines, each for men and women). For the sake of simplicity, all athletes have been assigned a specific value according to their performance rank. The twentieth athlete of each discipline is worth €1,000,000, the first athlete €20,000,000 each.

The budget can be distributed freely. However, it must be used in full. One athlete must be nominated in each discipline, so the minimum budget per discipline is €1,000,000. The free distribution of the budget is intended to take account of the fact that not every manager looks after good bishops, throwers and jumpers at the same time, but is limited to a few disciplines in order to achieve maximum success there.
